Delete Your Argon ParkON Account

If you would like to delete your Argon ParkON user account and associated data, you can request account deletion by following the instructions below.

How to request account deletion

Please send an email request to the ParkON support team:

Include the following information in your request:

• Your registered email address or username
• Your vehicle registration (optional but helpful)
• Subject: Account Deletion Request

Our support team will process your request and delete your account within 7 days.

Data that will be deleted

• User profile information
• Registered vehicles
• Parking history
• Payment tokens associated with your account

Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained for legal, tax, or accounting obligations, including:

• Invoices and payment transaction records
• Financial records required by law

These records are stored only for the legally required retention period.
